Triathlog is a free Triathlon planning and logging doodad.

With Triathlog you can define your goals, plan the training needed, log your sessions, and track your progress as you achieve those goals. Easy eh?

To help you on your way, Triathlog provides extensive progress charts and data. You can compare your training with others, and discuss any issues on the Triathlog 'Training Talk' discussion board.

Plus it's totally up to you as to how much data you do want to record. You may just like to store time or distance for each session, or you might like to break down to everything from heart rates to training partners to shoe mileage.

Perhaps best of all, Triathlog is totally free. Why? How? Well, this site started out as a simple spreadsheet for my own private use, which turned into a database, which then kind of got redone for use with a web browser (so I could enter my own sessions from anywhere), and then after some friends took a bit of an interest in it (thanks!), got opened up for others to use as well. And here we are. All I ask is if you see any problems or any ways to make it better, let me know.
